Trade Code Wizard is an AI-powered building code reference tool that provides code lookups, calculators, and reference tables for licensed tradespeople. The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes only.
The information provided by Trade Code Wizard does not constitute legal, engineering, or professional advice. AI-generated responses may contain errors. You must always verify code references against the official adopted code for your jurisdiction. We are not liable for any decisions made based on information from this Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Subscription fees are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with limited queries. No payment information is required for the trial. After the trial expires, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

Building codes referenced in the Service are published by standards organizations (ICC, NFPA, etc.) and adopted by jurisdictions. We do not claim ownership of building code text. The Service itself, including its design, software, and AI models, is the property of Pine Digital Designs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pine Digital Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pierce County, Washington.
